PROGRAM RULES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By participating, you agree to the following rules governing the aFANity Rewards Program, including any changes that are made to the Program after you enroll. The date above indicates the date of the most recent change in the Program Rules.

1. Overview of the aFANityRewards Program:

The aFANity™ Rewards Program (the "Program") is a program sponsored by Chevron Products Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. ("Chevron" or "Sponsor") in which individuals can participate in "Activities" (defined in Section 5, below) through interacting with the Sponsor, its products, customers, and other entities. Members of the Program ("Members") can collect points by registering for the Program, connecting their social media accounts, registering their Chevron and Texaco Techron™ Advantage Credit Card or Chevron and Texaco Techron™ Advantage Visa® Card and making purchases with their Chevron and Texaco Techron Advantage Credit Card or Chevron and Texaco Techron Advantage Visa Card at any Chevron, Texaco or ExtraMile store location in the participating areas, or through other methods as may be added from time to time. Members may redeem their points for merchandise or other items of value or use their points to participate in sweepstakes or other Activities, or for other purposes as described below.

2. Participating Areas and Eligibility:

The Program is available only in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Members must be 16 years or older and legal residents of these states at the time of enrollment in order to participate. Some Activities (e.g., sweepstakes or instant win promotions) or rewards may be available only to those of other ages (always older than 16, e.g. 18 or 21), as indicated in the rules/instructions for the particular Activity, or reward description. Only individuals can be Members of the Program; Corporations, business associations or groups may not participate. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Chevron, AdSport, Inc. ("Administrator"), their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and those associated with this Program (collectively the "Program Entities") as well as their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Duration of Program:

The Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2016 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2016 (the "Program Period"), but Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program or Program Period, at its discretion, at any time. Members will be able to redeem points at any time during and after the Program Period until September 30, 2017 as set forth in Section 7(E) below. Members can collect points by the methods set forth in Section 7 below.

4. Enrolling in the Program:

How to Become an aFANity Rewards Program Member: If you are an individual who is 16 years of age or older and you meet the other eligibility requirements stated in these Program Rules, you may register for the Program by:

A. Visiting www.afanity.com ("Website") and follow the prompts to register by completing and submitting the registration form with your first and last names and valid email address.

B. Or by downloading the free Chevron or Texaco mobile app ("App") onto your Web-enabled smartphone. Once the App is installed, click on the Promotions tab and follow the prompts to register by completing and submitting the registration form with your first and last names and valid email address.

An individual must have a unique, valid email address to become an aFANity Rewards Program Member.

To participate in Activities on social media platforms, a Member must follow the links and instructions to link his/her social media accounts to his/her Program account ("Account").

Limit : Limit one (1) Account per individual, under all circumstances. Do not create a new Account if you are already a Member. The person who is the authorized email account holder of the email address indicated when registering must provide his or her name when registering for an Account and will be deemed to be the Member. If a Member is eligible for any prize via any Activity, or for any physical reward or other item, he or she will need to have a valid physical address linked to his or her Account. If a Member does not provide a physical address when required, or if his or her email address is deemed to be invalid, Sponsor reserves the right not to fulfill the prize, reward, or other item, to invalidate the Member's participation or win, and/or to lock the Member's Account, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Any attempt by any individual to exceed any specified limits by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that individual's entries and/or rewards, and that individual may be disqualified from participating in any of Sponsor's promotions or programs. If your name, email address, and/or address information on your Account are not accurate, you may not be eligible to participate or win a prize. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries and/or rewards for that individual.

5. Activities:

During the Program Period, Sponsor may offer individual activities ("Activities") which may award prizes to individual Members who participate in that Activity. Activities may include, but are not limited to, promotional code redemptions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes, instant win promotions, challenges, and social media activities. A participant must be a registered Member to claim any prize. Each Activity that awards a prize will have specific rules or instructions governing it and which specify the applicable prize(s).

Your Account will be credited with the points you have collected. Some methods may not be available during the entire Program Period. Sponsor reserves the right to change, add, or remove the methods by which Members can collect points or the number of points awarded for purchases or Activities at any time during the Program Period.

Promotional codes can only be redeemed one time, unless otherwise specified. It is a violation of the Program to combine promotional codes obtained by others for deposit into a single Account, and/or to transfer or sell promotional codes under any circumstance, other than in programs authorized by Sponsor. It is fraudulent for any individual or company, business association, or group to direct, encourage, or allow individuals to use a single Account for the purpose of accumulating points for combined use. Any attempt to combine or transfer promotional codes or points will result in Member's disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all points in the Member's Account. Sponsor reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, in the event that it believes that any Member has violated any of these provisions.

If a Member believes that points were not properly accrued to his/her Account, the Member must notify Sponsor by using one of the communication options in the Contact Us page, within 15 days of the date the points were earned.

In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to reverse points previously credited to a Member's Account or other value obtained from an Activity, if it is determined that the points were not obtained in accordance with these Program Rules and through legitimate channels. Sponsor's decisions regarding the reversing of points are final and binding.

Members may collect points by any of the methods set forth above during the Program Period, as that period may be extended, shortened, or otherwise modified by Sponsor.

7. Point Redemption:

A. Members may redeem their points for merchandise, discounts, sweepstakes entries, instant win plays, offers and other items of value (all, "Rewards") listed in the applicable "Rewards Store." The Website will list the corresponding point values required to be redeemed for each item. Each Member must comply with any individual Rewards limitations indicated in the Program. The items listed in the Rewards Store may not be in stock at any time as items are redeemed and additional items are added by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the point value(s) for Rewards, at any time and for any reason, during the Program Period. All redemptions are subject to these Program Rules and all limitations and/or requirements specified on the Website.

B. To spend/redeem points, navigate through the items listed in the Rewards Store. A Member may choose any item still available in the Rewards Store for which he or she has accumulated sufficient points for redemption, then he or she must click on the image corresponding to the item and follow the links and instructions to complete the redemption process. As part of the redemption process, Member will receive a confirmation email and when applicable, an email containing the actual item redeemed in the form of a digital code, coupon, etc. Emails will be sent to the email address assigned to the Member's Account.

C. Each Member is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his/her information and is encouraged to check "Settings" in his or her Profile regularly. Each Member is responsible for ensuring that the email address, name, and the mailing address associated with his/her Account are accurate and up to date, as well as the social media accounts that Member has connected to the Account. There is a limit of one of each type of social media account per Account. Sponsor is not responsible for non-receipt of a prize or Reward that was shipped to the email address or the mailing address listed in the Member's Settings. Changes to a Member's information may only be made by the Member. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by any Member participating in the Program.

D. All point redemptions are final. Refunds, exchanges and other issues regarding the product redeemed are governed by the vendor's terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of that product and are not the responsibility of Sponsor.

E. Members may redeem points in the manner set forth above until September 30, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. ET, unless shortened, extended, or otherwise modified by Sponsor ("Redemption Deadline").

8. Inactivity and Forfeiture:

A. ­If a Member fails to either credit points to an Account by the end of the Program Period or redeem points from an Account by the Redemption Deadline, the Member will forfeit any points remaining in the Account, without compensation. See FAQs for additional details.

B. At the end of the Redemption Deadline, unless the Program is extended by Sponsor, Member will forfeit any points remaining in his/her Account or unclaimed Rewards or prizes associated with his or her Account, without compensation.

9. Modifications and Termination of the Program:

Sponsor reserves the right to modify any of the Program Rules or Program details set forth herein, including, but not limited to, the duration of the Program Period, and methods by which Members may participate, at any time, with notice, which may be in the form of email, site updates, or by other means, even though these changes may affect a Member's ability to accrue points or to participate in Activities. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the Program at any time, for any reason, with notice, even though termination may affect a Member's ability to accrue points or participate in Activities. In the event of an early termination, Members will have 30 days from date Program termination is announced to claim any unclaimed Rewards and/or prizes. A Member's continued participation in the Program constitutes the Member's acceptance of any changes to these Program Rules. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that Sponsor may make to these Program Rules. The most current version of these Program Rules, which will indicate the date they were last updated, will be available on the Program Website and will supersede all previous versions of these Program Rules.

10. General Program Rules:

A. Some Rewards have no cash value and are only benefits of participation in the Program. Prizes and other Rewards with cash value may be available through the Program, through Activities or otherwise.

B. To learn how the personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used, Members should read Sponsor's Privacy Statement which is available HERE. The terms of Sponsor's Privacy Statement are incorporated herein by reference.

C. The Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any Member who engages in any fraudulent or unsportsmanlike activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Program Rules or with any federal, state or local laws, statutes or ordinances. Discontinued participation privileges may result in the loss of all accumulated points, Rewards, and/or prizes that have not yet been redeemed or utilized. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

D. Sponsor reserves the right to rescind points, Rewards, and/or prizes that have not yet been redeemed or utilized, even if they have been credited to a Member, which were obtained as a result of fraudulent or unsportsmanlike activity or technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software related to the Program.

E. Points, Rewards, and/or prizes that have not yet been redeemed or utilized are not the property of a Member and may be revoked at any time by Sponsor and/or its Rewards and prize providers as set forth herein, and they may not be transferred or assigned, except as specifically permitted by Sponsor from time to time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, collecting or redemption of Rewards, prizes, and/or points or a Member's compliance with these Program Rules will be resolved by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

F. Members are responsible for the payment of all taxes, if any, which may result from the Rewards or prizes received as part of the Program.

11. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify these Program Rules, the Program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the point system or the operation of the Program or the Website or to be acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Program Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Limitations of Liability:

The Program Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Program; (3) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Program; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Member's participation in the Program or receipt or use or misuse of any Reward or prize. No more than the stated number of Rewards and prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of items and/or Rewards in the Program to be bid upon, available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of items and/or Rewards by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible members for that particular item and/or Rewards. By participating in this Program, Member's hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor and Administrator harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to Member's participation in the Program, use or misuse of any Rewards, items or sweepstakes prizes, if applicable, awarded or any use of the Member's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state.

13. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, participants agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or any Reward or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration to take place in the state of California pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law rules. The parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in the Contra Costa County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Program, but in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and the participant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Program Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
