Members can redeem points until July 31, 2019 (“Redemption Deadline”).
Members will forfeit any points remaining in their account, or unclaimed rewards or prizes, at the end of the Redemption Deadline, unless extended by Chevron.
Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Experiential activities will be fulfilled in accordance with the timeline provided in the item description.
Our administrator will contact you via email or phone with instructions on how to claim prizes which may include verification of information.
Simply go to the settings tab on your Profile page and choose “Social” and then “Disconnect” on the accounts that you wish to disconnect from your aFANity™ account.
Sorry, all redemptions are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once you have redeemed points for a prize or reward.
