Visit the Rewards Store to redeem your points for your favorite team’s gear, game tickets, autographed memorabilia, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and more.


The point earning period of the promotion has ended.  All current members may redeem their points in the Rewards Store until September 30, 2017.

When is the deadline to earn points?

The Program Period begins October 1, 2016 and ends on December 31, 2016.

 

When is the deadline to redeem my points?

Members can redeem points until September 30, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Redemption Deadline”).


What happens if I don’t redeem all of my points by the Redemption Deadline?

Members will forfeit any points remaining in their account, or unclaimed rewards or prizes, at the end of the Redemption Deadline, unless extended by Sponsor.


How do I redeem points?

Points are redeemed at the Rewards Store for a variety of items ranging from tickets, team gear, autographed merchandise, and team experiences! Visit our Rewards Store and start redeeming your earned points! Redeemed points will be subtracted from your total available points.

 

How do I use my points to enter a sweepstakes?

You can use your points to enter separate sweepstakes’ offered through aFANity™ Rewards in accordance with the individual sweepstakes rules posted for that promotion. To enter a sweepstakes, click the 'enter' button for that sweepstakes to use the preset amount of points from your aFANity™ account required for one entry into the sweepstakes. You may enter as many times as allowed per the sweepstakes rules, provided you have the required amount of points in your aFANity™ accounts. Points used to enter sweepstakes are considered redeemed at the time of entry and will not be returned if you do not win the sweepstakes. Please see the sweepstakes official rules before participating for details and alternative methods of entry.

 

How do I use my points to bid on auction items?

There are two ways to use your points to place a bid in an aFANity™ Rewards auction:

1) You may either place a 'one-time' bid greater than the current high bid for the auction item. Your bid must meet or exceed the minimum bid increase amount stated on the auction item. If another member bids higher, you will receive an email notifying you and asking if you would like to place another bid amount; or 2) You may set a maximum amount of points that you wish to use on that particular auction item and the system will automatically re-bid for you as other members place bids until your maximum bid amount has been reached. If the highest auction bid exceeds your maximum bid amount, you will receive an email notifying you and asking if you would like to place another bid amount or increase your maximum bid amount. If you have the highest bid for the auction item at the time of the close of the auction for that item, but the winning bid did not reach the maximum amount of points you set, your remaining unused points will be returned to your account. Members with the highest bid for the auction item at the time of the close of the auction for that item will receive an email notifying them that they have won that auction item for the amount of points they bid. Members who participated in the auction but did not have the highest bid, do not lose those points used to participate.

I have made purchases using my Techron Advantage™ Card at a Chevron or Texaco station in the participating area but my points have not shown up in my account. Why is that happening?

It may take up to 5 days for points earned using your Techron Advantage™ Card at a Chevron or Texaco stations to appear in your account. You may email us from the ‘Contact Us’ page for questions.

 

I don’t have an email address or I share it with someone else. How can I participate?

Each member must have a unique email address to participate. The same email address cannot be used by more than one member.

 

How long does it take to receive items once I redeem my points?

We are currently seeing a large number of orders due to the Holidays and are working to fulfill them as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. Experiential activities will be fulfilled in accordance with the timeline provided in the description.

 

Can I still participate if I don’t have a Techron Advantage™ Card?

Yes. You do not have to be a card member or use a Techron Advantage™ Card to participate in the aFANity™ Rewards Program.

 

How do I apply for a Techron Advantage™ Card?

To apply for a Techron Advantage™ Card, please visit www.techronadvantagecard.com

 

How do I download the Chevron or Texaco mobile app?

Visit the App Store on your Apple device or the Google Play Store on your Android device and search for “Chevron with Techron” or “Texaco with Techron,” then follow the instructions to download the free app.

 

What if I forgot my password?

Please click on the Log-In screen on www.afanity.com then select the “Forgot Your Password” option and follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.

 

How do I disconnect my social media accounts?

Simply go to the settings tab on your Profile page and choose “Social” and then “Disconnect” on the accounts that you wish to disconnect from your aFANity™ account.

 

Can I exchange or return an item that I received through redeeming points?

Sorry, all redemptions are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once you have redeemed points for an item.

 

The item I want is out of stock. Are you going to be getting more of them?

Maybe! We do restock some items and add new items to the Rewards Store. Please check our Rewards Store for a complete list of prizes and rewards currently available.

 

How will I know if I’ve won a sweepstakes or auction?

Our administrator will contact you via email or phone with instructions on how to claim prizes or rewards which may include verification of information.
